HH Pujya Swami Chidanand Saraswatiji and HH Pujya Sadhvi Bhagawati Saraswatiji graced the 2nd annual International Vaishnav Convention in New Jersey, USA. The convention was organized by the Vallabh Youth Organisation (VYO) on the theme of finding love and happiness through spirituality.
The VYO is led by Pujya Shri Vrajrajkumarji Mahodayshree, in the lineage of Pujya Goswami Indira Betaji, and works to inspire the youth to engage with their spirituality and Indian culture to find true happiness and luster in their lives. The 2nd International Vaishnav Convention provided a platform for people to come together and experience spirituality through divine katha and discourses by many revered saints, as well as youth programs, seva, music, exhibitions and more. The convention took place at the Edison Convention Center in New Jersey, and was filled with devotees coming to hear the divine words and have darshan of the saints present.
The convention began with a beautiful, divine Shrimad Bhagwad Katha by the renowned Pujya Sant Shri Rameshbhai Ozaji (Bhaishri).
On the first day of the convention, Pujya Swamiji graced the Sant Sammellan. Other saints that also graced the Sant Sammellan included Pujya Shri Bhramvihari Swamiji, Pujya Shri Avichaldas, Pujya Acharya Dr. Lokesh Muniji, and Shri Jashbhai Sahebji.
Pujya Sadhviji graced a special session on the following day, where she spoke about happiness, how to find it, and what it reallly comes from: our connection to our culture, heritage, and spirituality. Sadhviji emphasized the importance of staying connected to our roots.
Following the special talk, Sadhviji i took questions from the audience on parenting, child-rearing in the “modern age” in America, parenting in a digital age, and other topics facing families today.
