Eternal Sound Healing with Gong Workshop

With Sanjay Hallon, traveling gong yogi from Delhi, co-founder of The Eternal Sound and College of Holistic Resonance

One more meaningful workshop was carried out at Parmarth Niketan Ashram, with the purpose of providing renewal, healing and bringing a positive change to the participants’ lives.

As Sanjay says, “sound is the first thing that happens in the universe. Sound healing is about bringing the primordial sound from outside to within and to share the sound from within to outside. It’s not a new methodology, in fact it is one of the oldest medications, the sound of nature. This workshop is an opportunity to experience that sound, and to see if the sound within is telling you something.

For 4 days students have learnt how to play the gongs and other instruments to channel this transcendent energy into a beneficial, serene and relaxed environment for people, communities and workplaces.

“Sanj is a great master. It’s a pleasure to learn and practice with him in a joyful, encouraging and inspiring course. His deep knowledge and experience is profound. Highly recommended!” – Paul Yip from Hong Kong

“I didn’t know what to expect coming to the course but I really enjoyed it. It gave me a new tool to update my meditation practice. The sounds really take you somewhere.” – Nick Mikic from Australia

“I was here for the Kriya Yoga originally but I heard that people had a great experience. And I’m trying not to say no to many things. It’s been definitely a very positive experience. I’ve learnt a lot about myself in particular and gained a lot of more presence.” – Josh Fauser from Australia

“I came to enjoy beautiful sounds of the gongs, crystal balls, the drums and our internal hum, finding our internal sound. It’s been beautiful to illuminate, be creative with sound and understand sound healing in therapy.” – Amardeep Stacey from Canada

“We are learning about how to use gongs for healing, the history of them and how to interact it with other types of yoga, and even astrology. But, particularly, it’s about inner peace.” – Claudia Emefa from Ghana

Beautiful waves and timeless vibrations, the gongs, singing bowls, drums, temple bells, mantras, chanting transported the listener to another level of being, integrating one’s intention and bringing balance into body, mind, and spirit.
