Yuva Unstoppable Founders Welcomed to Parmarth

HH Pujya Swami Chidanand Saraswatiji warmly welcomed the founders of Yuva Unstoppable, Amitabh Shah and Rashmi Shah, who came to Parmarth Niketan to seek His blessings and discuss issues related to youth empowerment and the introduction of “Smart Schools” in Uttarakhand.

Yuva Unstoppable was founded by the Shahs in 2005 as a way to connect underprivileged youth with the mainstream, and today the organization is associated with more than 100 top national and international corporations, providing skill training to over 700,000 souls in 1,800 government schools in the country.
After their meetings, Pujya Swamiji shared that Karma Yoga is the essence of life. “The purpose of life,” He shared, “is to have a better purpose in life. Life without purpose is like a river without water and a bank without money. How is it possible to have a life without purpose?

“Our youth can find that purpose,” He continued, “but they need an education that includes life skills so that they can take advantage of opportunities. Training based on practical experiences can play an important role in making the youth of the country self-reliant. The youth of India – being vibrant, alert and energetic – are capable and dedicated to achieve any goal but they need the right guidance.”

Pujya Swamiji concluded by stating that, “It is necessary to develop personality and leadership qualities among the youth and link them with the activities of nation building. The aim of our education should be to empower the youth to achieve their full capabilities, so that the concept of ‘New India’ and self-reliant India can be realized.

While at Parmarth, the Shahs were included in beautiful Ganga Aarti ceremonies on the holy banks of Mother Ganga, where they were gifted with Rudraksha saplings symbolizing new life and the future, and were honoured to be in Pujya Swamiji’s divine presence for the traditional water-blessing ceremony.
