“Yoga for Body Balance”, The Times of India

International Yoga Day was conceived and presented to the United Nations General Assembly by the Hon’ble PMO India, Shri Narendra Modiji, in 2014, and – under the auspices of the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India – continues to motivate and raise awareness about the benefits of yoga to balance psychological and emotional health in people worldwide.
