A Divine Journey Towards Yoga, Meditation & Inner Awakening
“In today’s busy lifestyle, Yoga is not an option — it is a necessity.” — Pujya Swami Chidanand Saraswati Ji
On the sacred banks of Maa Ganga at Parmarth Niketan, a three-day Yoga Camp was inaugurated by the All India Dhyan Yoga Sansthan, Ghaziabad. The institution has been serving humanity through Yoga and Meditation for over 40 years, spreading peace, wellness, and spiritual awakening across the nation.
More than 135 yoga practitioners from different parts of India have joined this camp. The inaugural ceremony took place in the divine presence of Pujya Swami Chidanand Saraswati Ji and Pujya Sadhvi Bhagawati Saraswati Ji, with the sacred lighting of the lamp marking the auspicious beginning.
Throughout the camp, participants are being guided through Satsang, Pranayama, Meditation, Asanas, Surya Namaskar, and Yoga Nidra sessions.
Each morning begins with peaceful meditation on the Ganga ghat, invoking inner balance and tranquility, while evenings are illuminated with soulful Ganga Aarti and spiritual discourses, filling hearts with devotion, compassion, and divine energy.
HH Pujya Swami Chidanand Saraswatiji addressed the participants, saying, “Yoga is not merely an exercise of the body — it is a celebration of life. It connects us — with ourselves, with society, and with the Divine. When we bring balance within, we bring peace and harmony to the world.”
Pujya Sadhvi Bhagawati Saraswati Ji shared, “Yoga frees us from ego and teaches us to live in the present moment. When we connect with our breath, we connect with the Divine presence within us.”
Shri Krishna Kumar Arora Ji, President of the All India Dhyan Yoga Sansthan, Ghaziabad, stated that the institution aims to promote peace, health, and harmony through Yoga and Meditation.
He added, “The serene atmosphere of Parmarth Niketan on the banks of Maa Ganga offers a unique opportunity for spiritual upliftment. The divine presence of Pujya Swamiji elevates the entire experience to a higher plane of consciousness.”
The event also saw the gracious presence of Shri Rajesh Sharma Ji, Shri Dayanand Sharma Ji, Shri Ashok Shastri Ji, Shri Manmohan Bohra Ji, Shri Pradeep Tyagi Ji, and Shri Aseel Kumar Ji, along with numerous yoga practitioners and coordinators.
Since 2014, the All India Dhyan Yoga Sansthan, Ghaziabad has been organizing such transformative Yoga camps at Parmarth Niketan.
This camp is not just an event — it is a sacred journey: A journey from the body to the mind, from the mind to the soul, and from the soul to the Supreme.
May this divine confluence of Yoga, Meditation, Seva, and Sadhana on the banks of Maa Ganga continue to illuminate lives with peace, health, and inner divinity
