Three-Day Yoga and Meditation Program Concludes at Parmarth Niketan on Sharad Purnima

“Make your life a Yajna — while meditating, also care for others.” — HH Pujya Swami Chidanand Saraswati Ji

On the auspicious occasion of Sharad Purnima, the three-day Yoga and Meditation program organized by the All India Dhyan Yoga Sansthan, Ghaziabad concluded at Parmarth Niketan with a World Peace Yajna and a special Sharad Purnima Meditation Session.

HH Pujya Swami Chidanand Saraswatiji said, “Sharad Purnima is Siddh Purnima. On this night, the moon is full with all sixteen of its divine phases, showering nectar-like rays that calm and purify the mind and consciousness. A true practitioner of Yoga is not only a yogi but also becomes helpful, useful, and industrious. Life becomes meaningful when we offer our actions in service, compassion, and goodwill — this is the essence of meditation.”

Pujya Sadhvi Bhagawati Saraswati Ji guided all participants in a special meditation. Attendees practiced breath control, yoga asanas, and meditation techniques.

Chairman Shri Krishna Kumar Arora Ji said, “The environment at Parmarth on the banks of Mother Ganga is heavenly. Its divinity connects every seeker to the soul.”

Organizers and yoga teachers expressed gratitude to Swami Ji and Parmarth Niketan.

This event sent a powerful message of the revival of Yoga, meditation, and Indian spiritual culture.
