On the sacred occasion of Roop Chaturdashi, renowned Padma Shri awardee and spiritual singer Kailash Kher visited Parmarth Niketan and received blessings from Pujya Swami Chidanand Saraswati Ji. His divine and soulful bhajans resonated across the Parmarth Ganga Ghat, touching countless hearts.
Special prayers were offered for world peace, national prosperity, and collective well-being. The beautifully lit Parmarth campus radiated an atmosphere of devotion, spirituality, and cultural celebration.
Pujya Swami Chidanand Saraswati Ji shared, “Roop Chaturdashi and Diwali are not just external celebrations but symbols of inner awakening, light, and divine consciousness. Diwali is about lighting not only lamps outside but also illuminating every heart and every home.” He urged everyone to celebrate a “Swadeshi Diwali — the Diwali of Light and Local Empowerment.”
Kailash Kher expressed his deep joy and gratitude, saying that singing devotional bhajans on the banks of Maa Ganga at Parmarth was a profound spiritual experience. Sadhvi Bhagawati Saraswati Ji shared, “Narak Chaturdashi reminds us that even a single lamp can dispel darkness — not just outside but within us. Let this light be of love, compassion, and positivity.”
As the sacred diyas sparkled on Maa Ganga’s waves and Kailash Kher’s voice filled the air, it felt as if heaven had descended upon the Ganga Ghat. Pujya Swami Ji presented a Rudraksha sapling to Kailash Kher, spreading the message of a Green, Clean, and Pollution-Free Diwali.
