Namami Gange Indian Classical Musical Festival at Parmarth Niketan

After a lockdown-related absence of two years, HH Param Pujya Swami Chidanand Saraswatiji – Muniji and Pujya Sadhvi Bhagawati Saraswatiji welcomed the amazing Namami Gange Indian Classical Musical Festival Home to Parmarth Niketan and to our New Year, New You Spiritual Retreat for two incredible nights of beautiful performances presented by the Pt. Chandra Kumar Mallick Memorial Charitable Trust to promote the magnificent culture of India! The event included beautiful poetry readings by Ms Manjusha Ranjanben, as well as incomparable interpretations of great classical music by Pt . Naval Kumar Mallickji on the Dhrupad, Yahor Jeihaloji on the Flute, Pt. Dr . Santosh Kumar Naharji on the violin, Nilesh Nikesh Kr Malikhji with vocals, Kripa Ram Joshiji on the Tanpura, Rishikant Tiwariji on the Santoor, and Chitrank Pantji on the Tabla. The presence of the Festival brings a much-appreciated sense of normalcy and continuity to this year’s Retreat – and, the much-loved gift of music and cultural enrichment to the lives of all who enjoyed it!
