Today, on the auspicious occasion of Independence Day, in the sacred courtyard of Parmarth Niketan, Swami Chidanand Saraswatiji hoisted the national flag of India and the symbol of pride and pride of all Indians and gave the message of “Undivided India – Prosperous India.”  Celebrations included flag hoisting, blessings by Pujya Swamiji, a special message from Sadhvi Bhagawati Saraswatijiji and pledges & patriotic songs led by Sadhvi Abha Saraswatiji and more!

Pujya Swami ji said that India has always given the message of peace, unity and Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam i.e. world one family. He congratulated all the countrymen on the 74th year of independence and said that in 73 years after independence India achieved many achievements and hoisted the flag of success. We all Indians should contribute to building an independent India by hoisting the tricolor today. Today we all countrymen should take a resolution that we will work together to make our country a garden, to bring peace in the country and for the unity and integrity of the country. Swami ji said that devotion to God can be ours but patriotism should be one for all.

Swami ji said that India has a great, huge and glorious heritage. We have got the vastness, inheritance of this country, so don’t lose this legacy in politics, in the spirit of revenge and mine-tera, but forgetting politics, your-me and your-me and maintain your glorious heritage with honesty and loyalty.

He said that it is a good fortune of this country that today we have the leadership of Ojasvi, Tapasvi and successful Karmayogi Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji whose mantra is ‘Sabka Saath-Sabka Vikas’. This country has made its outstanding identity globally in his guidance. Now let us all contribute to making India independent India. India can become self-reliant only when our villages will be self-reliant, so let’s make our children independent, only then the village will become independent and then our nation will become an independent nation.

Swami Ji Maharaj today paid tribute to the soldiers who sacrificed their lives for the unity, integrity, harmony, tolerance and protection of the nation. Today, on this national festival, calling the citizens of the country, they said to keep the torch of nation’s spirit and nationality awakened in their hearts so that there will never be a flame on the pride of India. On the occasion of Jashna-e-Azadi, let new energy, new hope, new faith and new resolution emerge and brotherhood remain intact.

Sadhvi Bhagwati Saraswati ji said that India has science, technical but there is a bigger thing than that ‘unity, culture and culture’. He said freedom means to be free of the border, boundary and seperation within us, being free is our freedom in true sense. Today the whole world needs unity the most. Let’s take a pledge to keep the lamps of unity always lighting in our hearts.

The Indian flag was hoisted while following social distancing in Parmarth Niketan. The Rishikumaras of Parmarth Niketan filled the whole campus with enthusiasm and enthusiasm with patriotic music. Swami ji said that follow social distancing in public places to keep yourself and your family safe.

On today’s auspicious occasion, Swami Chidanand Saraswati ji Maharaj paid homage to the service and meditation of Corona Warriors and the brave soldiers of our country.
