Five-Day Acupuncture Camp Begins at Parmarth Niketan

The President of Parmarth Niketan, Pujya Swami Chidanand Saraswatiji, Pujya Sadhvi Bhagawati Saraswati Ji, and a team of acupuncture experts from the USA inaugurated the five-day health camp by lighting the ceremonial lamp on the holy banks of Maa Ganga.

💫 This is not just a medical camp — it is a beacon of service, compassion, and humanity.

A new initiative in the field of health and wellness began at Parmarth Niketan with the launch of a five-day Acupuncture Camp. A team of 15 acupuncture specialists from the USA joined hands to offer free treatments and healing services on the sacred Ganga Ghat.

Pujya Swami Chidanand Saraswati Ji shared, “The path of service and humanity goes beyond geographical boundaries. This camp is a living example of how knowledge, skill, and experience can be offered selflessly for the welfare of others. These doctors have shown that true service knows no country, no boundary, and no vacation — it is the purest spiritual practice.”

Pujya Sadhvi Bhagawati Saraswati Ji shared, “This camp is not only an opportunity to heal the body but also to strengthen the heart and uplift the soul. The serene and sacred environment of Maa Ganga reminds us that service is the highest Dharma. Even a small act of love and care can bring immense relief and joy to someone’s life. True service is born of love, patience, and dedication.”

The team of acupuncture experts — Semi Rank, Narayan Bravo, Maria, Laura Angel, Melinda Tremmel, Christine Mitchell, Aaliyah Caruso, Emma Rutherford, Regina Burkley, Lisa Dimaggio, Kennelle Shephard, Anthony Williams, Rachel Field, and Christine Caceres — are offering their services with great dedication and compassion.

Pujya Swami Ji and Pujya Sadhvi Ji honored Semi Rank and the entire team with a sacred Rudraksha sapling as a symbol of blessings and gratitude for their seva.

This beautiful confluence of service and healing has made the Ganga Ghat even more divine.

Where there is service, there is true Dharma… and there lies true bliss.
