On the occasion of the conclusion of the International Yoga Teacher Training Course at Parmarth Niketan, yoga enthusiasts from India and across the world had the honor of meeting Pujya Swami Chidanand Saraswati Ji and Pujya Sadhvi Bhagawati Saraswati Ji, gaining guidance on matters of dharma, culture, and spirituality.
Participants explored the profound dimensions of asanas, pranayama, meditation, and yoga philosophy under the guidance of esteemed yoga masters. Yoga is not merely a physical exercise but a holistic practice that nourishes life, consciousness, and inner balance. Each session focused on strengthening the body while fostering mental peace and spiritual awareness.
Pujya Swami Chidanand Saraswatiji emphasized, “India’s rich traditions remind us that Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam – the world is one family. Yoga, meditation, and Sanatan Dharma guide humanity towards peace, balance, and coexistence.”
Pujya Sadhvi Bhagawati Saraswati Ji said, “Yoga leads us from external turbulence to inner stability. This course is not just about earning a certificate, but about transforming life itself.”
Yoga enthusiasts shared that synchronizing mantras, sound, and nada with yoga and meditation creates a profoundly unique experience, awakening not only the body but also the mind, heart, and soul.
Held on the sacred banks of the Ganga, this course became a living symbol of India’s yoga heritage and the unity of humanity.
