10th Ganga Aarti Training Workshop Concludes at Parmarth Niketan

The 10th Ganga Aarti Training Workshop, dedicated to Ganga conservation, public awareness, and cultural enrichment, concluded gracefully at Parmarth Niketan.

In this workshop, priests were trained in the traditional method of performing Aarti, voice practices, collective chants, and how to integrate messages of cleanliness and environmental awareness into the Aarti.

Pujya Swami Chidanand Saraswatiji said, “Ganga is not just a river, She is our Mother. When priests at the ghats deliver the message through Ganga Aarti that keeping Ganga clean is our dharma, this movement will transform into a people’s movement.”

Pujya Sadhvi Bhagawati Saraswati said, “Ganga is the soul of our culture and the breath of Bharat. If Ganga remains clean, India will remain healthy. Water is not merely a resource but God’s divine prasad, and it is our sacred duty to protect every drop.”

At the conclusion, all participating priests pledged to transform Ganga Aarti at their respective ghats into a powerful campaign for public awareness, cleanliness, and water conservation.

With the joint efforts of Parmarth Niketan, Namami Gange, and Arth Ganga, this workshop conveys the message that Ganga is not only our faith but also our very identity.
