Pujya Swami Chidanand Saraswatiji and Sadhvi Bhagawati Saraswati had a very special meeting with the Former Prime Minister of Canada Kim Campbell at a reception held at the Intercontinental Hotel. The intimate reception was organised by Audrey Kitagawa, incoming Chair of the Parliament of the World’s Religions and attended also by Jonathan Granoff, Chair Universal Sufi Council and President of Global Security Council, Giani Iqbal Singh, Jathedar Patna Saheb and many others dignitaries.
Pujya Swamiji and Sadhvi Bhagawatiji shared the various efforts being undertaken by the Global Interfaith WASH Alliance to bring interfaith leaders together for improved WASH. They also shared the latest updates and video of the Sewage to Selfie point project being implemented to clean the drains falling into the National River Ganga. They also warmly invited her to the Kumbh Mela in Prayag Raj and the International Yoga Festival 2019 at Parmarth Niketan (Rishikesh).
