Noted film and television actor Anupam Shyamji, who has acted in the Oscar winning film ‘Slumdog Millionaire’ and several major national and international films, met with Pujya Swamiji at Parmarth Niketan (Rishikesh) recently and also participated in divine Ganga Aarti.
Pujya Swamiji welcomed Anupamji to the Himalayan state and lauded his simple and humble attitude.
Pujya Swamiji also inspired him to serve as a Green Ganga Ambassador and utilize his teremendous Media Shakti to inspire, engage and encourage the masses to stop polluting their sacred water bodies and start living green, eco-friendly lifestyles in harmony with Mother Nature. Pujya Swamiji blessed him with a sacred Rudraksha plant as a symbol of his pledge to channel his Media Social Responsibility towards these causes of protecting and preserving our planet and our precious natural resources.
