These pictures span the 25th January through 3rd February and include the Divine Shakti Festival with keynote speech by Dr. Vandana Shiva, the “Paryarvan Parade” on the 26th January (A Parade for Freedom from Pollution….) in which the parents of martyrs were also honored, main bathing day of the 27th January, the full moon, yoga and meditation on the banks of the Sangam on the last day of Divine Shakti Festival, a performance by the divine students of Allahabad’s schools about protecting and preserving Mother Ganga, and a HUGE aarti on the Sangam graced by the presence of Pujya Swami Ramdevji, many revered saints and 200 lamas from His Holiness the Dalai Lama’s organization followed by a conference on “Innovations in Spirituality.”
