The 2-week Pranayama course includes two sessions of asana practice with reference to breathing practices and two sessions of pranayama practice with a special aspect of mantra application in the pranayama and asana daily.
This course is a blessing for yoga seekers of all walks of life. Anyone, regardless of age or physical ability will derive deep benefits towards healthy living. Pranayama is a precursor to meditation. The mind learns to focus with undivided attention which is beneficial at home, work and play.
Participants are encouraged to attend the morning Yagna for World Healing and World Peace; the world famous Ganga Aarti at sunset on the holy banks of Ma Ganga and the evening Satsang with Pujya Sadhviji [when she is in the Ashram].
