Charges d’affaires of the Embassy of Israel in New Delhi Visits Parmarth

As we continue to experience the incredible and important effects of the Growing Partnership between Israel and India that HH Pujya Swami Chidanand Saraswatiji so fully supports and blesses, more and more opportunities for cooperation and commitment between the two country’s governments, NGOs and interfaith agencies present themselves. It is our great joy that we at Parmarth Niketan can count the Charges d’affaires of the Embassy of Israel in New Delhi, Rony Yedidia-Clein, and her husband, Musa Sadiq, as a very beautiful benefit of the partnership.

Pujya Swamiji was glad to welcome them both back to their Himalayan Home just this past weekend for a powerful and productive series of meetings focusing on water production and conservation efforts that can and will transform environmental and agricultural practices throughout India, once implemented.
Illustrating the importance of the meeting was the introduction of Dr Lior Asaf – the Embassy’s first Water Attache – to the discussion. Dr Asaf’s brilliant concepts surrounding sustainability and community and societal outreach speak to a new generation of environmental management that is exactly the right prescription for our ailing planet!

While here, the delegation took part in our Sacred Sunday Yagya and Sacred Ganga Aarti, as well as warm and inspiring Darshans with Pujya Swamiji. Capping-off their visit was the celebration of The Yedidia-Clein’s wedding anniversary – a touching and memorable moment in Pujya Swamiji’s jhopri that so perfectly symbolized the warm affection and respect that exists between us!

We, as always, look forward to their quick return!
