Aaj Ke Vivekananda: Dance Drama on Pujya Swamiji’s Life

An incredible and inspiring presentation was done by Parmarth Niketan and Uttaran, a socio-cultural unit of the Harijan Sevak Sangh, that highlighted and celebrated HH Pujya Swami Chidanand Saraswatiji’s epic life story, His message, His mission and His exceptional leadership.

The production was a first of its kind and divine offering to Pujya Swamiji on His 67th Birthday. It is an effort to share with the masses the incredible story of a Sanyasi whose life has been dedicated to the service of humanity and who with His divine example has led numerous multi-faceted service initiatives and projects from building the Kailash Mansarovar Ashram in Tibet at the border of China and India to the Encyclopedia of Hinduism.

It also highlighted the numerous large scale organisations that thrive under Pujya Swamiji’s able leadership such as the Global Interfaith WASH Alliance, Ganga Action Parivar, Divine Shakti Foundation, Interfaith Humanitarian Network and the world-famous International Yoga Festival.

The production captivated audiences with a story that left many awe-struck at the possibilities of leading by divine example. It also highlighted Pujya Swamiji’s selfless service and His message of interfaith harmony, oneness, brotherhood and deep commitment to the spiritual cultural values that are at the very core of Hinduism.

Pujya Swamiji was played with great dedication by Professor Prodyut Dutta, Sadhvi Bhagawatiji was played by Ganga Nandini and rest of the characters included members of the Uttaran Team and Parmarth Rishikumars.

We are in the process of finalising the video and are hoping to share it with everyone soon.

The production will also be an annual feature to Pujya Swamiji’s divine birthday celebrations.
