As a follow up to the pledges taken during the month long Green Shri Ram Katha at Parmarth Niketan (Rishikesh), in Jodhpur there was a beautiful katha by Pujya Murlidharji Maharaj in which HH Pujya Swami Chidanand Saraswatiji – Muniji was warmly welcomed to bless, inspire and encourage everyone with the same green message of enviornmental protection and to see how the seeds that He had planted in Rishikesh in the hearts and minds of so many had taken fruition in Rajasthan.
Thousands of devotees eagerly anticipated His visit showering Him with flower malas. Hundreds of devotees were deeply inspired by His message in Rishikesh that they had started their own intiatives to clean and green their neighbourhoods and were called to the stage and blessed by Pujya Swamiji at the end of the katha. Pujya Murlidharji had made a beautiful picture of Pujya Swamiji as part of Katha backdrop to ensure and reassure everyone that Pujya Swamiji would definitely grace and bless them during the katha, even admist His incredible busy travel schedule. Hence, Pujya Swamiji’s highly anticipated visit brought great joy and happiness to the hearts of thousands of devotees from Jodhpur.
The Maharani of Jodhpur also attended the katha and had Pujya Swamiji’s darshan. Pujya Swamiji gifted her with a sacred Rudraksha sapling for Their Royal Highnesses green leadership.
