Pujya Swamiji graces 80th Brahmakumaris Celebration in Mt Abu

MT ABU: Pujya Swamiji, President of the Parmarth Niketan (Rishikesh), graced and blessed the 80th Anniversary Celebrations and International Conference of the Prajapati Bhrama Kumaris Ishwariya Vishwa Vidyalaya in Mt Abu. The grand celebrations brought together more then 25,000 people from many nations and is being held with great enthusiasm from 26th March to 30th March.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the four-day ‘International Conference-cum-Cultural Festival on God’s Wisdom for World Transformation’, through video conferencing from Delhi. The Prime Minister appreciated the work done by the Brahma Kumaris institution in many fields, including in solar energy. He called for expanding the use of digital transactions to bring down corruption. Pujya Swamiji was the Guest of Honour on the second day. He appreciated the great contributions of Dada Lekhraj Kripalani, the founding father of the organisation, and Dadi Janki, who at the age of 101 years old is still serving tirelessly and bringing so much inspiration and light to the word.

Pujya Swamiji shared in His inspiring address,”Brahma Kumaris are truly not only contributing significantly to spiritual upliftment of the nation and the world but also are leading countless projects for the welfare and well being of all. Through their projects they are increasing Solar Energy as well as cultivating Soul and Spiritual Energy, both of which are the needs of the hour.”

He inspired thousands present in the audience to pledge to have the over 8,500 centres of the Brahma Kumaris also dedicate themselves to the service of ensuring every woman has access to safe and sufficient toilets and to encourage massive tree plantation all over the nation and the world. He had everyone raise their hands admist chanting of ‘Om Shanti’ to reaffirm their commitment and conviction to this green pledge. Pujya Swamiji also presented Dadi Janki with a sacred Rudraksha sapling from Rishikesh for her ever green and divine leadership and service.

Pujya Swamiji joined Rajyogi BK Karuna, Dr BK Pratap Midhaji, Director of the Global Hospital, Mt Abu, Acharya Lokesh Muniji, Ven Bhikkhu Sanghasenaji, and media personalities Ms Anuraddha Prasad, CEO NEWS 24, Mr RC Rainaji, CEO Navgrah TV, Mr Atul Agarwal, Editor in Chief, Hindu Khabar, Mr Anurag Batra, Business World and a galaxy of others. Senior BJP leader L K Advani, Bollywood Actress Raveena R Tandon, eminent journalist and presenter Sudhir Chaudharyji and many others were eminent personalities from the first day. Many other political leaders and eminent personalities will grace the remaining two days of celebrations in Mt Abu.
