Yoga Philosophy – Maximum: 25

This 6-day program includes prayers, pranayama, traditional hatha yoga asana, Vedic chanting, question / answer satsang, Gita recitation. The yoga philosophy is based on the Bhagavad Gita and the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali to gain a deeper understanding of yoga as a way of life and to take your practice of asana, pranayama and meditation beyond the physical for balance and clarity.   Each day concludes with Ganga Havan and Aarti at sunset.  Individuals are expected to use the time after dinner for reflection and introspection.
