Yoga in the Bhagavad Gita – Maximum: 25

December 20, 2015 - December 26, 2015

This  6-day program includes prayers, pranayama, traditional hatha yoga asana, Vedic chanting, question / answer satsang, Gita recitation. We will explore Karma Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, Gyaan Yoga and Dhyaana Yoga as we delved into the Bhagavad Gita to gain a deeper understanding of yoga as a way of life and to take your practice of asana, pranayama and meditation beyond the physical for balance and clarity.  Each day concludes with Ganga Havan and Aarti at sunset.  Individuals are expected to use the time after dinner for reflection and introspection.
