Weekend Spiritual Retreat – Maximum: 30

This 2-day Weekend Spiritual Retreat is designed for those individuals who need a respite from the busy-ness of life – a time for relaxation, rejuvenation and to re-energize to better manage the demands of life. The weekend includes prayers, pranayama, Mauna Dhyana Sadhana, Surya Namaskar and basic stretching yoga asana, question / answer session, Mantra Chanting, silent & guided Meditations, Karma Yoga and Bhakti Yoga, walks and much more. The specific pranayama and kriyas will be determined by the needs of the group. The yoga seeker undertakes a specific sadhana decided by the Yogacharya. The focus will be on Japa Dhyana and mantra yoga. Each day concludes with Ganga Havan and Aarti at sunset. Individuals are expected to use the time after dinner for reflection and introspection to determine how they will integrate their learnings into their daily lives.
Orientation for this Weekend Retreat is on Friday in the evening. It is best to arrive by 6 pm on Friday. The program concludes on Sunday with Ganga Aarti at sunset.
