This 5-day Spiritual Retreat includes prayers, pranayama, Mauna Dhyana Sadhana, Surya Namaskar and basic stretching yoga asana, question / answer session, Mantra Chanting, silent & guided Meditations, Gita recitation, Karma Yoga and Bhakti Yoga. Each day concludes with Ganga Havan and Aarti at sunset.
