“Yoga is not merely what you do but what you are.” – Pujya Swami Chidanand Saraswati
Join us on International Yoga Day June 21st for a morning of Vedic chanting, pranayama, surya namaskar and Meditation. After breakfast (food for the body) we move through traditional hatha asana (food for the mind), and in the afternoon cool down with mantra chanting with our Rishikumars of Parmarth Gurukul. Take time to reflect before participating in a special Ganga puja, Shiva pooja, Yagna and the world famous Ganga Aarti (food for the soul) at sunset on the holy banks of Ma Ganga.
