Beginner Intensive Yoga – Maximum: 20

September 20, 2015 - September 26, 2015

This 1-week Beginner Intensive Yoga program for individuals with some yoga experience, includes prayers, pranayama, Surya Namaskar, traditional hatha yoga basic asana, question /  answer session, Yoga Philosophy, Vedic Chanting, Meditation, Karma Yoga and Bhakti Yoga.   Each day concludes with Ganga Havan and Aarti at sunset.
