Beginner Foundation Yoga – Maximum: 30

May 24, 2015 - June 5, 2015

This 10 day / 2 week Beginner Foundation Yoga program for individuals with no yoga experience includes prayers, pranayama, Surya Namaskar, traditional hatha yoga basic asana, Vedic Chanting, Karma Yoga and question / answer session.  Each day concludes with Ganga Havan and Aarti at sunset.
